The Regional Director is responsible for driving financial planning engagement within the mass affluent segment while managing advisor development and coaching.
This role serves as an in-house solutions consultant to educate advisors on aligning investment solutions with client goals and partners with various Key Wealth Management teams.
Compensation includes a base salary range of $96,000.00 - $181,000.00 annually plus eligibility for incentive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

CFP or advanced planning designation required
Series 65 or 7 license required
Ten years of applicable Planning experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
