Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Ph.D. in Engineering or related field with 3+ years experience
  • Experience designing robotic liquid handlers and workcells
  • Proficiency in Python, C#, VBA, JavaScript, or R scripting
  • Experience with Tecan, Biomek, Formulatrix, or Hamilton platforms
  • Integration of laboratory instruments with custom software

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Benchling or Signals laboratory notebook software
  • Knowledge of ThermoFisher Momentum or Biosero Green Button Go
  • Understanding of data science and AI/ML concepts
  • Wet lab experience in drug substance and product development
  • Ability to prototype and deploy innovative automation technologies

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Engineering with 3 years experience OR M.S. with 5 years OR B.S. with 7 years
