Job Summary
Our Turnaround Management practice helps clients survive crises or improve underperforming businesses by reducing balance sheet stress, generating cash, reducing costs, or refinancing.
Responsibilities include managing cash in distressed situations, restructuring balance sheets and income statements, advising on capital management, and managing stakeholder expectations.
The Senior Manager will autonomously generate and develop commercial opportunities, lead cases as team leader, and potentially undertake client management positions temporarily.
