Job Summary
This role will be primarily responsible for supporting semiconductor sales contracts, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, nondisclosure agreements and licenses.
The attorney must be a generalist with strong transactional skills, confident and business-minded with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
