Key Requirements

  • NYC Licensed Refrigeration Operating Engineer (Q-01 or Q-99)
  • Local Union 94 membership required
  • S-95 Supervision of Fire Alarms certification
  • S-12 City Wide Sprinkler certification
  • S-13 City Wide Stand Pipe certification
  • B-29 Supervision of Battery Systems certification
  • High School diploma with two years trade school experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
