  • This role ensures Senior Medical Staff receive comprehensive operational and advisory support, accurate information, and a positive workforce experience.
  • You will contribute to workforce transformation activities including system and process redesign and development of baseline workforce data.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5+ years medical administration, HR, payroll, finance or hospital operations experience

  • Understanding of medical enterprise agreements and entitlements
  • Experience coordinating and rostering medical staff
  • Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status
