Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in IT managed services, healthcare IT, or cybersecurity
  • Prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Sales Engineer
  • Hands-on knowledge across endpoint management, Microsoft 365/Azure, IAM, SIEM/XDR/MDR, server/application/cloud security
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
