Job Summary
This position manages the reports, administration and sales contracts/assets for the IBS system, collaborating cross functionally to manage the process and systems that track and report sales activity for the department.
Responsibilities include creating and documenting processes, performing P&L duties, coordinating meetings and customer visits, managing calendars, corresponding with customers and vendors, controlling databases, and analyzing sales data.
The role requires 5+ years of operational support experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle demanding deadlines with limited supervision.
