The Senior Manager, Customer Insights is responsible for market analytics and managing primary and secondary market research within Global Strategic Insights (GSI) in support of the Robotic Surgery Platforms.
Lead the design and execution of comprehensive market research initiatives to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes, providing strategic insights that inform key business decisions.

Key Requirements
BS/BA required; MBA or MS preferred
Seven (7) years of progressive experience
