Must-have
One year housekeeping experience
Valid driver's license in good standing
Leadership experience with custodial staff
Ability to operate floor buffers and extractors
Regular reliable attendance required
Nice-to-have
Bilingual English and Spanish communication
Three years housekeeping experience
Two years supervisory leadership experience
Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment
Ability to prepare written documents
