Solenis is seeking a remote Area Manager to lead a team of sales representatives in the specialty chemicals sector, focusing on water treatment solutions for various industries. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in food and beverage markets, strong leadership skills, and be bilingual in French and English

Job Summary

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of roughly 4-6 sales representatives to achieve targeted total sales, gross profit, technical, equipment & service programs.
  • This role requires hands-on, practical experience within all market segments of F&B including, dairy, brewing, beverage, processed foods, pharma and intervention applications in beef, pork and/or poultry processing.

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team
  • University or college degree
  • B2B sales experience (specialty chemical sales preferred)

  • Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT
