Job Summary
This role leads the design, integration, and deployment of Planning processes within GSK's ERP Evolution Programme to ensure seamless implementation of the global S4/Hana template.
The Director is accountable for executing planning templates across GSK's Pharmaceutical and Vaccine supply chains while managing a team of three or more Process Managers.
The position requires driving organisational standardisation, process harmonisation, and successful adoption of global templates through effective stakeholder engagement and change management.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Extensive experience in Planning and Supply Chain Design
Expertise in S4/Hana, OMP, and APO planning systems
Proven ability to lead cross-functional programmes globally
Strong skills in data governance and validation methodologies
Experience with Write-Off processes and Variation Planning
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree or formal project management certification
Deep knowledge of manufacturing execution systems
Experience integrating smart manufacturing and automation
Strong coaching and people development capabilities
Ability to manage ambiguity in fast-moving programmes
