Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders across the business on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate customer-facing contractual agreements, disclosures, account documentation and website materials.
  • Assist with regulatory inquiries from the Central Bank of Ireland and other EU regulatory authorities, as well as EU and worldwide exchanges.
