The role includes administrative duties, charting, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
The position requires adherence to policies and procedures, participation in training and quality assurance programs, and collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and other departments.
