The Business Applications Director is accountable for ensuring that current and future Customer Engagement and ERP systems effectively support the Packaging Platform businesses.
This role involves overseeing the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all Packaging platform operations with a primary focus on facilities in the United States and Europe.
Success requires a collaborative leader capable of coordinating direct reports and matrix-managed team members to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions reflecting Barry-Wehmiller's best practices.

Must-have
7+ years leading ERP deployments
Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation experience

Integration of enterprise systems including CAD and PLM
Direct supervision of Solutions Analysts

Manufacturing company or OEM business process experience
Experience with Infor XA legacy systems
Strong commercial acumen for budget management

Key Requirements
B.S. or B.A. degree in related field
7+ years experience in multinational ERP deployments
Direct experience with D365 ERP & CE Solutions
Experience in systems governance and change control
