The Retail Associate supports the store leadership team through the cultivation of a store environment that surprises and delights our guests/customers each time they walk through our doors.
Principal Responsibilities include delivering a positive, friendly experience by engaging the guest through conversation and service, contributing to the overall store culture, and assisting in the training and development of peers.
The role requires flexibility with an open availability work schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call for emergencies, with a requirement to work two Saturdays and Sundays a month.
