Must-have
3+ years IT implementation experience
3+ years Learning systems experience
2+ years software consulting experience
Workday Certification in Learning or Talent
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Nice-to-have
Fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish
Advanced degree preferred
Ability to distill complex concepts for customers
Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards
