Your role as Senior Systems Analyst involves managing and supporting server-based systems and processes within CBC-Radio Canada’s media production ecosystem, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Must-have
Deploy and maintain server systems
Provide escalation level support
Troubleshoot complex integrated systems
Develop operational procedures and standards
Implement best practices for scalability
Configure and design systems for 24/7 operation
Experience with network/system monitoring tools
Nice-to-have
Leadership and coordination of projects
Support, training and mentorship to junior staff
Understanding of trend analysis
Familiarity with backup/recovery procedures
Traditional TV and Radio broadcast knowledge
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years applicable technical experience
Proven experience installing, configuring, and managing Linux and Windows server OS
Graduate of College or University in related discipline
CompTIA A+, ITF+, CCNA, CISSP, PMP or other relevant certifications
