Essential functions include performing advanced laboratory services, working with manufacturing equipment, anticipating and solving complex production problems, and performing aseptic and non-aseptic procedures.

Knowledge of reading, mathematics and computer skills
Ability to communicate and work in cooperation
Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test
