Must-have

  • 3-5 years copper and fiber engineering experience
  • Proficiency in FROGS, CAD, and Varasset tools
  • Experience with municipal and DOT permitting processes
  • Ability to coordinate with utilities and contractors
  • Field design experience for OSP construction projects

Nice-to-have

  • Strong communication skills with municipal officials
  • Experience resolving PUC complaints
  • Knowledge of cell tower capital project design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel for site surveys and meetings

Key Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in copper and fiber-optic telecommunications engineering
  • 5+ years in network engineering or related field
  • Must reside in Southeast, OH
  • Skilled in FROGS, CAD updates, and OSP Telecom Construction
  • Proficiency with Frontier mapping and design tools
