Key Requirements

  • 10-13 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Testing
  • Banking or Financial Services experience
  • exposure to quality governance practices
  • Understanding of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps operating models
  • foundational understanding of testing frameworks
  • foundational understanding of automation strategies
  • exposure to metrics, dashboards, and analytics
  • familiarity with CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps toolchains
  • basic understanding of regulatory and risk considerations
  • Hands-on experience in creating and analyzing metrics
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python)
  • good knowledge of databases and ETL processes
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Technology, or a related discipline
