Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business
  • Minimum 5 years demand planning experience
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools
  • Leading formal Sales & Operations Planning process
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills

Nice-to-have

  • APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification preferred
  • INFOR/SyteLine ERP system experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Track record of growth in fast-paced environment
