Job Summary
This role will play a key part in supporting workforce planning, candidate coordination, and employee experience initiatives, while also providing general program and operational support as needed.
Manage prime contract execution, including modifications, compliance, and performance monitoring, and lead subcontractor management, including relationship oversight, funding, and procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes.
Lead financial oversight across multiple VA contracts, including project setup, charge code (project string) management, and billing accuracy, and produce and deliver budget reports and financial analysis to VA stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or related field
2–5 years of experience in program operations, recruiting coordination, HR support, or related role
Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or talent development activities highly preferred
