This position oversees the TRIO Upward Bound grants project, responsible for organization, planning, implementation, and analysis, funded by the U.S. Department of Education to serve high school students from low-income families, first-generation college students, and/or students with disabilities.
Key responsibilities include supervising program staff, maintaining federally compliant record keeping, preparing comprehensive annual federal performance reports, and serving as a liaison between the project, Broward College, and external agencies.
