Must-have

Proficiency with vernier calipers and depth micrometers
Ability to operate power presses and band saws
Nice-to-have
Sheet metal working skills like grinding and bending
Experience with pressure testing and Heli coil assembly
Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC)
