Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving measurable outcomes in engineering, finance, asset reliability, and ESG across the LATAM portfolio.
  • You will partner with local property teams to deliver on established engineering, operational, and functional requirements and ESG goals.
  • The role supports the Corporate Senior Director of Engineering Performance and the ESG team in developing policies, procedures, and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum eight (8) years of progressive engineering leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Director of Engineering experience in hospitality
  • Experience driving Energy, Utility %, and R&M performance
  • Experience validating ROI for CAPEX and ECMs
  • Experience with capital planning and asset lifecycle management
  • Experience with ESG or decarbonization implementation
  • Experience mentoring senior engineering leaders
  • Experience working in union/complex labour environments
  • Experience across diverse regulatory environments in the Americas
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
