  • Manage and deliver ongoing tax consulting projects for external clients from various industries, participation in business development initiatives; manage and coordinate project team.
  • Preparation of tax memoranda and tax reports; Participation in tax review, tax due diligence, and tax structuring projects.
  • Building new and develop existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business.
