Must-have

  • 10+ years cybersecurity compliance experience
  • Active US security clearance or SCI eligible
  • Deep familiarity with FedRAMP and NIST frameworks
  • Experience managing distributed technical teams
  • Expertise in SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with GenAI and AI/ML compliance
  • Relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM
  • Background in defense or classified environments
  • Ability to translate ambiguous technical issues
  • Experience advising on risk tradeoffs

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years in GRC, IT audit, or cloud security
  • Active U.S. security clearance required
  • SCI eligibility required
  • Experience leading global assurance programs
  • Proven track record with external auditors
