Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological or Chemical science
  • Clinical laboratory testing experience
  • Adherence to CLIA and State regulatory guidelines
  • Instrument troubleshooting and maintenance skills
  • Specimen acceptance and discrepancy resolution

Nice-to-have

  • ASCP or AMT certification preferred
  • Prior Microbiology department experience
  • Familiarity with laboratory information systems
  • Ability to work rotating weekends and overtime
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
  • Six months to one year of clinical laboratory testing experience
  • Compliance with CLIA and local state regulatory requirements
