The Learning & Development Lead is responsible for diagnosing, prioritizing, and delivering enterprise learning and capability-building initiatives that strengthen commercial execution across Sales and Marketing.
Design and deliver blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, digital, on-the-job) addressing sales capability, marketing excellence, and leadership development.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and ROI using clear KPIs; continuously improve programs based on data and feedback.

Key Requirements

Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred
