The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them while maintaining a calm and warm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Nice-to-have
Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Experience with disoriented or comatose residents
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Strong communication skills for inter-departmental cooperation
