Job Summary
Proactively manage the selection process including requisition management, sourcing candidates, interviewing, generating offers and facilitating the on-boarding process for candidates.
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions, performing extensive screening of hundreds of candidates weekly, vetting for culture, personality, fundamental technical skills and targeted competencies.
Partner with other Recruiters and HR staff to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitate an effective high-volume search & screening process.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Marketing or related area
Two years of recruiting experience preferred
Experience with Task Order staffing and DoS or DoD contracts a plus
