Job Summary

  • Proactively manage the selection process including requisition management, sourcing candidates, interviewing, generating offers and facilitating the on-boarding process for candidates.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions, performing extensive screening of hundreds of candidates weekly, vetting for culture, personality, fundamental technical skills and targeted competencies.
  • Partner with other Recruiters and HR staff to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitate an effective high-volume search & screening process.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Marketing or related area
  • Two years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience with Task Order staffing and DoS or DoD contracts a plus
  • Strong knowledge of government contract recruiting strategy
  • Understanding of security clearances
