  • Survey instrument operation and maintenance
  • Survey data validation and QA/QC
  • Coordination with engineering and construction teams
  • Use of AutoDesk Civil 3D and GNSS
  • Supervision of field survey crews
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Metrolinx transit projects
  • Knowledge of AutoDesk Revit
  • Familiarity with Leica Infinity and Cyclone software
  • Exposure to UAV or 3D scanning workflows
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork

Key Requirements

  • 5–7 years construction surveying experience
  • Experience in subway stations or heavy civil infrastructure
  • Proficiency with Leica survey equipment
  • Post-secondary education in Surveying or Civil Engineering (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
