Job Summary
This position provides outpatient mental health services including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, and monitoring client progress using evidence-based interventions.
The therapist collaborates with the multidisciplinary treatment team, provides crisis intervention as needed, and maintains timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements
Master's degree in social work or related field
Current full/independent licensure in Utah (LCSW or equivalent)
2-3 years experience with SPMI population
