Key Requirements

  • PharmD degree from ACPE accredited school
  • PGY-1 residency or 3 years hospital experience
  • Registered Pharmacist Maryland Board of Pharmacy
  • PGY-2 Residency preferred
  • Board Certification preferred
  • ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred
