  • Analyze complex production and quality trend data to identify and solve problems.
  • Complete and maintain quality inspection programs for incoming, in-process, and final assembly material and product inspections.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, products, and methods using tools such as DOE, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and Lean Manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ Experience in Quality-related position
  • Associates or technical degree in Engineering
  • Experience with multi meters, calipers, micrometers
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Experience with incoming inspection of parts
  • Experience with sheet metal and busbar fabrication
  • Experience with electrical wiring standards
  • Experience interacting with and improving suppliers
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Previous work experience in an ISO 9001 certified company
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement
