Provide expert review and guidance for Data Management deliverables, including CRF/e-CRF, database design, and validation, offering technical advice to solve problems and improve efficiency.
Hold bi-monthly meetings with direct reports to discuss project status, financial aspects, risks, initiatives, utilization rates, training, personnel issues, and career objectives.
Collaborate with project leads to address work scheduling, staffing needs, technological requirements, and projected workloads, developing action plans to ensure accountability.
