Job Summary

  • As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a key support to the Senior People Partner and the Head of Talent Operations, helping to ensure smooth delivery of People and Talent initiatives across EMEA.
  • Your responsibilities will include acting as a first point of contact for employee relations inquiries, supporting the creation and distribution of HR communications, and assisting with complex or sensitive employee matters.
  • You will work closely with the Senior People Partner, Head of Talent Operations, and wider People and Talent team to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives and partner with operational leaders across logistics, finance, and other teams.
