Supervise PT OT SLP therapists and assistants
Manage department productivity and scheduling
Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy
Implement new treatment programs and monitor outcomes
Participate in denials management and billing activities

Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master/Doctorate degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Rehabilitation
Active license as PT, OT, SLP, or Assistant (CA PTA excluded)
Proficiency in Net Health and Point Click Care software
CPR certification if required by state licensure
Ability to travel by car or plane to assigned destinations
