Job Summary

  • As Principal Eng Reliability engineer, you will collaborate with fab and technology development teams to perform reliability test structure design, reliability testing and analysis, risk assessments and design rule proposals.
  • Your responsibilities include providing technical support on qualifications & reliability improvements, executing benchmarking exercises, and designing/characterizing reliability test structures.
  • You will play a key role in new technology core teams to build reliability into the device/process and assess reliability risk for process changes, fab excursions, and field failures.

  • Fluency in English Language
