• Content Specialists are responsible for facilitating high quality professional development sessions aligned to Corps Member Learning Outcomes including Rigorous Instruction, Learning Environment, and Learning and Relationships.
• The role involves preparing and internalizing curriculum, facilitating sessions, partnering with mentor teachers, and holding content-specific office hours both in person and virtually.
• The Pre-Service training team focuses on advancing educational equity and excellence through culturally relevant pedagogy, anti-racist teacher leadership, universal design for learning, and social emotional learning.
