Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for all production personnel and activities that occur during an operating shift, exercising decisions over the paint line hourly work force with respect to safety, environment, quality and production.
Key responsibilities include managing the production process, leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing crew resourcing, investigating incidents, preparing shift reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
