Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business
  • 5+ years demand planning experience
  • ERP system proficiency required
  • BI tools expertise (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Nice-to-have

  • APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification
  • INFOR/SyteLine ERP experience
  • ASCM CPIM certification preferred
  • Track record of career growth
  • Experience with new product launches

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in demand planning or S&OP
  • Formal S&OP process experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
