Job Summary

• The Field Services Lead has direct supervision of emergency medical service personnel and frequent contact within and outside Carilion Transportation Services, with patients and their families and other medical and local providers.
• The Field Services Lead maintains daily field supervision of staff and equipment for direct patient care, trains and evaluates new employees, and stays informed in insurance billing and guidelines.

Key Requirements

• High school or equivalent
• At least one year experience as EMT-Intermediate or Paramedic
• Certified as EMT-Intermediate/Cardiac Tech or Paramedic in Virginia
• AHA BLS-HCP and ACLS required
• Maintain continuing education hours
• Valid driver's license and driving record
