Job Summary

  • Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, HR operations, payroll support, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and HR administration
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and conflict resolution matters in accordance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, tripartite guidelines, and company HR policies
