The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The caregiver assistant is responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily functions while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any incidents or changes promptly.
This role requires cooperation with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure quality care and a positive environment for residents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily personal care
Report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of health information
Use PCC for resident information
Assist with resident mobility and transfers
Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Follow established health and safety policies

Effectively communicate with residents and staff
Participate in nursing reports and meetings
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
