Job Summary
Involve in core compensation/financing scheme designs to drive agency force behavior, go to market and monitoring.
Plan for 1-3 years growth and define KPIs to help business achievement, propose quick win and long-term business solutions.
Manage/develop insightful dashboard review to support business in monitoring performance and making decision.
