Job Summary

  • The IT Applications Manager - Salesforce leads the strategy, implementation, integration, and support of Salesforce platforms including Health Cloud and Data Cloud to enable commercial operations, customer engagement, field service, and enterprise data.
  • This role partners closely with all cross-functional business and analytics teams to ensure Salesforce solutions support patient and customer 360 visibility, account management, and enterprise data driven decision-making.
  • At ZOLL, your work will help to ensure cardiac patients get the life-saving therapy they need.
