Job Summary

  • This is a critical role requiring a strong Oncology Program Strategy Management Director (Program Lead) capable of driving alignment and execution while effectively influencing and coordinating across a broad range of stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs, foster best practices, and identify process improvements withing Oncology Medical Affairs, as well as drive the integrated cross-functional planning.
  • The Program Lead will support Global and US Medical Franchises by providing strategic partnership and operational accountability, contributing to efficient decision-making processes in the development of Oncology Medical Affairs deliverables across the medicine’s lifecycle.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years industry experience OR Masters degree and 7+ years industry experience
  • 3 to 7+ years Medical Affairs Project/Program Management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing global projects in a matrix organization
