Salary
Base: 206,000 - 400,000 JPY monthly; Bonus: 6.39 months average; Benefits: Annual salary increase rate of 4.3%, paid leave based on prior employment

Key Requirements
Construction site management experience in equipment, electrical, or mechanical fields
